Movement and Mindfulness with the Feldenkrais Method®
 
The Feldenkrais Method® of movement is a great way to experience mindfulness in action. This gentle method promotes improved mind body integration, and can be an effective way to manage stress and ease pain. The lessons are performed while lying on a mat, and should be safe and comfortable for most individuals, regardless of overall fitness level.
